We trust Australia Post with all our deliveries and have found them to be the best there is.
For Australia, we offer the choice of Standard Post with Tracking, Registered Post and Express Post. Standard Post with Tracking can take from 3 to 10 days to deliver. Registered Post takes 3-10 days and requires a signature on collection. Express Post is much faster, 1-3 days depending on your location. All our deliveries are tracked.
For Australian Customers we offer free Standard Post with Tracking for all orders over $100.
For our New Zealand Customers we offer International Economy Air, which takes 25+ days, or Standard International Parcel which takes around 5 days. Note that International Economy Air is NOT TRACKED. If you chose this option Australia Post and MyTag cannot be held responsible if your parcel does not arrive. for that reason we strongly recommend using Standard International Parcel Post.Note that during the COVID-19 crisis Australia Post is experiencing some additional delays so please bear this in mind when choosing your preferred shipping option.
In common with many small consumer electronics devices, MyTag Bluetooth Trackers contain button batteries. MyTag casings are secure and tamperproof, however spare batteries and used batteries can be dangerous.
BUTTON BATTERIES ARE DANGEROUS IF SWALLOWED, causing injuries that can be fatal. Keep button batteries away from children and animals, even if they are used or flat. Store spare batteries away from children and animals, and dispose of used batteries immediately and carefully.
