We trust Australia Post with all our deliveries and have found them to be the best there is.
For Australia, we offer the choice of Standard Parcel Post with Tracking and Express Post. According to Australia Post, Standard Parcel Post with Tracking can take from 3 to 10 days to deliver. Express Post is much faster, 1-3 days depending on your location. However due to COVID 19 we recommend allowing 5-7 days more than Australia Post advice.
For Australian Customers we offer free Standard Parcel Post with Tracking for all orders over $100.
For our New Zealand Customers we offer Economy Air, which takes 10+ days, or Standard International Parcel which takes around 5 days. Again we recommend allowing an additional 5 days given COVID 19 flight restrictions. Both options are tracked.In all cases we recommend choosing the most rapid delivery option if you have a specific date by which you need your MyTags delivered.
In common with many small consumer electronics devices, MyTag Bluetooth Trackers contain button batteries. MyTag casings are secure and tamperproof, however spare batteries and used batteries can be dangerous.
BUTTON BATTERIES ARE DANGEROUS IF SWALLOWED, causing injuries that can be fatal. Keep button batteries away from children and animals, even if they are used or flat. Store spare batteries away from children and animals, and dispose of used batteries immediately and carefully.
